By utilizing our digital art engines, you represent that you own or have permission to use any uploaded media. We utilize automated safety tools (including Google Vision AI) to prevent prohibited content generation. We do not maintain a permanent database of your original uploaded photos after your session is terminated.

2. Data Pass-Through Model

Our software is built as a pass-through vehicle for your data. We only store information required for transaction verification and digital product delivery.

3. Third-Party Processing

• Payments: Handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full financial data.
• Analytics: We may detect device orientation solely to enforce optimized user experiences (e.g., Landscape Mode).
